8:29 Then Jerub-Baal son of Joash went home and settled down. ¹

19:3 her husband came ²  after her, hoping he could convince her to return. ³  He brought with him his servant ⁴  and a pair of donkeys. When she brought him into her father’s house and the girl’s father saw him, he greeted him warmly. ⁵

21:23 The Benjaminites did as instructed. ⁶  They abducted two hundred of the dancing girls to be their wives. ⁷  They went home ⁸  to their own territory, ⁹  rebuilt their cities, and settled down. ¹⁰
